Subscriptions

Plans run for the period shown at purchase. Prices are displayed before payment. Renewals are not automatic unless clearly agreed.

Service quality

Streaming quality depends on your device, internet connection, location, and content availability. Scheduled or urgent maintenance may affect access.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, share beyond your plan, copy, disrupt, or misuse the service. Access may be suspended for abuse or unlawful use.

Refunds

Contact support promptly if the service does not work as described. Refund eligibility applies when a persistent technical problem reported within seven days of purchase cannot be resolved by support.
